Task
As travel advisor for the Ministry of Tourism you are required to produce a finalised travel itinerary for Lucy and John this must include:
- sequential listings of destinations
- departure dates, times and codes of transport
- accommodation details, booking reference
- details of travel and transfer vouchers
- confirmation requirements for travel reservations
- travel taxes
- business meetings and arrangements
- supplementary services
- communication systems
- contact details advised if amendments required
- provide details of insurance cover (if required)
