The Otago Polytechnic is a public New Zealand tertiary education institute, centred in Dunedin with campuses throughout the Southern region of Otago including Cromwell, Wanaka and Queenstown.
Otago Polytechnic focuses on skills based, technical education and occupational training, offering a range of New Zealand accredited degrees, diplomas and certificates.

About Otago's Educational Resource Developments
Most educational resource developments that Otago Polytechnic is contributing to are following the structure depicted in the diagram to the right. This structure is also explained in this video. Basically we are creating a course main page that lists new pages for learning objectives. Each learning objective page has 2 sub pages:
- Library of Resources
- Learning Activities.
Below is a page generator that will initiate templates for a new Learning Objective and its two sub pages. Use this generator to start a new learning objective with resources and actvities subpages. Course pages are created and managed manually and list a selection of learning objective thought to be appropriate for that course.
Otago Polytechnic contributions that are not using this course and learning objective structure are usually content creation projects such as text books and other information resources. These pages are listed in the Resources subpages of the various courses and learning objectives.
