The Wikieducator 3 Meeting Policy Review Procedures
- Policies for review will be noted at monthly Board meeting (1)
- Person responsible for review will flag the policies to other Board members via email
- The policy will be reviewed by editing directly onto the Wikieducator policy page
- A printed copy with reasons for edits will be shared at the next meeting (2)
- The policy will not be up for discussion as that will be achieved directly on the Wikieducator page
- The Board will place the amended and dated policy back on Wikieducator in PDF format
- The community will be informed of policy changes on the school notice board and school newsletter
- The Board will ratify the policy at its next meeting (3)
