How are you finding the training?
The training is interesting and challenging, especially to those of us who are non IT participants. We are managing to nevigate confidently because practising the tasks is being done at the learners' pace. This far we just need more information on Switchboard Keys and what they invoke.
We also need highlights on how to write in colour, draw boxes, paint, etc to make the pages beautiful and attractive using tools, facilitities, utilities and icons in edit mode (please pardon my ignorance).
I really would like someone in IT to explain and differentiate the contents of, for e.g. utilities and tools.
