My Travels

I love to travel and learn about different peoples and cultures.As a teenager I visited Barbados, Puerto Rico and New york.Then I visited Toronto and Ontario on several occassions.I studied in Jamaica and did fieldwork and got married in Canada .I also visited Venezuela and Magarita.My dream is to one day visit Cuba,Africa and Japan.

My Career

My name is Joanne Jarvis-Patrick.I work as a School Librarian with NALIS ,a professional organisation of Librarians and Information Specialists.I am currently attached to El Dorado East Sec. School .I am also a part-time Social Studies Teacher. I am passionate about education and hence combines my library and teaching skills to help make students lifelong learners.
