STEPS FOR THE ZCAS F2F WE WORKSHOP
# Get expression of interest from ZCAS
# Get ZCAS to present a formal letter concerning lab
# Agree on dates and participant numbers
# Agree on agenda/timing, etc.
# Attract co-facilitators
# Print out learning contracts and send to participants
# Facilitate workshops
# Collect and post Learning contracts
# Write report and post (with pictures, and other media)
