This Template is to be used by any image obtained from commons.wikimedia.org. The needed parameter is the url for the Image page, which includes copyright info. Another optional parameter is "who" which should be an existing User: name on Commons for the Author of the Image. For example the picture to the right has this code

in its description. Click the Image to see how it is rendered.
