These Outcomes are further enhanced in Specific Outcomes for each of the six (6) sections of the module. |
Study Tips
All through this module, we would like you to imagine that you are a team leader in a training organization that is funded by a donor. At the end of the fiscal year, you must present all your work (including budget, balance sheet, successes, challenges, and proposed future work) as part of the audit, and also motivation for more funds for the next year. You have to present your findings with proof, or justification in the form of numbers. You also need to incorporate some charts to summarise some of your information (say percentages of expenditure on the various items). To keep your audience motivated (so that they can give you some more money) you need to use some catching images (read clip art) that also capture what you would like to bring forward during your presentation. Within, the presentation, you also need to show a process flow of how your perform your critical duty (i.e training). With this in mind, try and see how each of the topics discussed fits into the presentation you would want to create.
