This course was suggested at the NADEOSA Conference in 2008 during an appreciative workshop to explore learning experiences of participants and discover the positive core of effective learning.
The workshop involved two-way "appreciative" pair-interviews designed to surface factors associated with great learning experiences.
After surfacing factors behind the participants' most positive learning experiences, clustering and classifying them, a curriculum outline for this course was produced (a work in progress).
