Basic knowledge of NZ natural history/Activities/World Heritage Sites

Objective
To introduce and encourage students to gain knowledge of the numerous World Heritage sites
Activity
1. Go to the following website: http://whc.unesco.org/en/list and choose three World Heritage sites:
- a cultural
- a natural
- a mixed
property to review.
2. Find a picture flickr's Creative Commons library if you can, of these three sites, and write an introductory interpretation for each.
- Remember an interpretation is a story not just a paragraph of facts
