I was thinking about your question and the solution lies not in creating main or sub pages but in making this content more accessible and usable by other learners. For this my suggestion is we see if creating a hub can be the right thing. Noticed that you signed up to help with the project to figure out WE workgroups. Glad to be working with you. I've noticed your work in so many places. You are a wonderful collaborator!

Please take a look at what we've got so far. Add, revise, discuss, question as you desire. I think we are starting to make progress.

Also, please add a brief statement of your relevant skills and experience (as related to the creation of the outcomes of this group) in the Workgroup participants list and note your preference as to communication method in the charter's communication section.

I look forward to your thoughts on the draft so far and the many issues/decision points raised in our discussions.

Hi Shalinee,
Both these actions require creating a subpage to your user page and putting the contents on the subpage.
To create a subpage add the syntex // and the new page name goes between /and/. I hope this will help. For examples see edit mode of these features on my user page. Warm wishes.--Gita Mathur 13:09, 25 June 2009 (UTC)

I sent this by e-mail also:

I made the Figures template to provide rapid feedback to my students on their wikis. I notice that you have deleted the content again, and I wonder why? Currently I have used the template to provide feedback to several student groups and by emptying it you have inadvertently also removed the feedback from their discussion pages (pages that simply reflect the template along with other templates that I use).

So, let's discuss this and come to an agreement. I will be happy to make a different template for your use if that will be helpful.

For now I have reverted your edit so that my students get the message that I intended. Please let's communicate about this.

Hi Declan, I liked your template and copy pasted it in 'my sandbox'. Later I deleted it from 'My sandbox", I do not know why the template got deleted from your pages. Hi Gita,

now I completely understand!

if you edit the template, copy the content from the edit page into your sand box, it will be yours to edit, delete. etc. It is a quirk of templates that if you hit edit where the template is used in a LQ discussion, it sometimes results in editing the original template. I'm not a techie either; rather a happy ecologist. I borrow code from folks like Wayne, Dennis, or Gladys and adapt it to my needs.

When I was a child I used to spend hours in my home's backyard with a magnifier in my hand searching for all forms of life in the ground or admiring the beauty of flowers and plants!!

Hi Wayne. I am very excited about my upcoming workshop. Click on the link to the workshop from my user page to see the overwhelming response to my circular to my college teachers.More than 50!!! have signed the circular let us see how many successfully complete the training. In any case, being very cold here, I know some may not report but being in my college I will keep encouraging them even afterwords. You may even read the report I have started entering for my workshop about the progress so far.

Hi Gita, Now that you have a microphone you can use your voice to the screenshots with TipCam. You can download it for free and then upload the videos to Bliptv.

Hi Nellie I hope you liked the idea of the "screenshots" Video on my page. This is my "Thank You" gift for the efforts you have put into the Online workshop. You sent me the link to "TipCam" earlier & I tried it. The problem then was that this was available for "Windows" only. The Ubuntu website was down for some updating purpose. I do not have a Double Boot & work only on Ubuntu, so will try again & then report back to you. I am happy to have found such a charming educator friend as you. Do keep in touch. Lots of affection. Hi, Gita. I am almost embarassed to ask you again, but I was wondering if you could please help me to replace the missing Outline on my Userpage once more? If you have been following the discussion threads you will know that I experienced a userpage meltdown when someone went in an made changes and then I couldn't get the page back to what you had added. Here everything was so great and we were receiving compliments for working together and now I am back asking again. Thanks Dear Patricia. I am so happy to get this Certification. I have been planning to hold a F2F workshop and all base work was ready when I read the rules 2 days back, saying I have to be a Wikibuddy to contact COL for Bounty. You had said in your earlier mail that you will give this at the end of the workshop as you found me fit for this. I could not ask you for it immediately so was holding back progress with F2F workshop. Thanks. I will start processing papers in my college right away. I have already taken consent of the principal of my college for running this workshop. Will tell you more as work progresses, your guidance is needed all the time. I promise to take WikiEducator ahead in all possible ways. This is because I know I am working on a concept close to my heart and have the assurance that I am with the right Team.
