Teaching is my passion apart from my profession.Along with it my key area of interest is research .

I have about eight years of teaching experience in organic chemistry .I have been teaching the students of B.Sc.(H) chem. students of Acharya Narendra Dev College

My Department

The chemistry dept of ANDC is one of the very fast upcoming dept of the college. We are the facullty of 12 teachers of which my colleagues Dr.Sunita Hooda,Dr. Neeti are very active wikibuddies. I wish them all the best.

My Family

We are a family blessed with three angels.My Husband is an IIt graduate and wworks as an operations head in an international call centre . My elder daughter is 12 yrs and studies in DPS ,RKP.Younger daughter is 9 and also studies in Dps.

Academic background

I have done my schooling from MontFort School,Delhi. I graduated in Chem(H) from Hans Raj College, DU in the year 1986, ufollowed with post graduation in organic chemistry. I continued the studies by pursuing the doctrate in organic chemisry under Prof H.G.K. Murty, DU in 1996. My research work is in synthetic org chem. I have two Publications to my credit.
