I think there is a distinction between these two roles. I my mind I view a wikineighbour as potentially being anyone who has found a use for WikiEducator be it to deliver content or communicate with other users. A WikiNeighbour may not necessarily be interested or skilled in more formally guiding other users through the various features available in WikiEducator.

I agree.

However, in some cases, a WikiNeighbour can also be a WikiFacilitator!
