Just a comment: The first sentence of this tutorial got me confused as a learner as it states that in the previous tutorial I should have learned about navigational aids. I do not recall anything about navigational aids in tutorial 8: Communication and Interaction, which I am assuming was the previous.

So, here are my suggestions:

  • Use in tutorial <tutorial number> as opposed to in the previous tutorial as learners could be coming to these tutorials from different pages.
  • Use some sort of a recall element, like: In the newby tutorials you learned that a navigational aid is......
