The idea is to do something like this - only on WikiEducator - making it easy for people to start projects (portal + courses/modules + learning activities).
Comments on the templates referred to on Wikiversity are welcome.
Would it be worthwhile to adapt the templates for WikiEducator, write this tutorial, and offer this approach as one of many for starting a WE project?
