25 to 30 (Faculty / Course writers of Open School, Bangladesh Open University and Department of Open School, National institute of Education, Sri Lanka).

A prerequisite for each participant is familiarity with Computer specifically for online learning (word processing, emailing, web-browsing, etc) and identification through online interaction of the subject/ discipline/specialised areas (in which they are going to write material).
