Community page for developing a specification for:

  • A cross platform application to record screen casts with audio
  • Based on pyvnc2swf
  • to develop a GUI for "non-technical" users

The purpose is to define the scope and extent of such a development. Hopefully this will enable us to determine the cost ceiling for a bounty project.
