WE Migration
This section describes the roles and responsibilities during the WE migration

| 1 | Overall project sponsor | Wayne | Provide overall project sponsorship (duhh), Liaise with other project sponsor, Clear the way when issues arise, negotiate contracts (where necessary); Otherwise, get out of the way |
| 2 | AU Project Sponsor | Brian Stewart | Provide insights into being successful within AU hosting space, Provide guidance to AU stakeholders and staff, Liaise with WE project sponsor |
| 3 | AU Server Tech Lead | Curtis Collicutt | Overall server & OS setup and configuration |
| 4 | AU Storage Lead | Curtis Collicutt | All issues related to storage |
| 5 | WE Server Tech Lead | Jim | Support AU Tech in server & OS setup and configuration, Install and configure required WE software |
| 6 | WE Server Tech | Erik & WenChen | Support WE Server Tech Lead, and provide a second set of eyes, be prepared to do some unit, system and integrated testing |
| 7 | WE DBA | Jim | All issues related to MySQL database |
| 8 | Project Manager | Peter | Be a pest, ask questions, resolve issues, own the schedule |
WE Operation
Once the migration is complete, roles and responsibilities will change

| 4 | AU Storage Lead | TBD | Monitor storage environment, inform WE tech lead of issues, back-up on regular basis, make back-ups available for mirroring |
| 5 | WE Server Tech Lead | Jim | Wear propeller on head, monitor application infrastructure (MySQL, MediaWiki, Add-ins, Etc.) |
| 6 | WE Server Tech | Erik & WenChen | Support WE Server Tech Lead, provide alternate when Jim not available |
