Pupil Reports

• Will be issued twice yearly:

1. Mid year - issued at the end of term 2
2. End of year - issued at the end of term 4

• Reports will need to be completed by the teachers one week before they are issued
• Report format will be discussed at the start of term 2 and 4
• Report format once decided upon will need to remain the same - font size and style, spacings, one page etc
• Teachers are expected to proof read their class reports
• Signature of the teacher/s and principal once completed
• A copy is to be retained in the pupil's file
• Copies are to be mailed to parents who live outside the school area
