Hi Mani,
you have overwritten an image on one of my student's pages. I have reverted the image (sorry about that), and you can recover your uploaded image from here: 
and upload with a different name.
Sorry for the inconvenience; there is a warning that shows up in the upload page to reduce this problem, but it is easy to overlook, and in fact you were not the first to overwrite this image (I'm working on having my students use less common file names).
Regardless, welcome to WE, and I like the work you are doing on your user page.
