I would like to make e-earning available and free worldwide. I started Exploring New Domains; a Moodle website for free professional development courses to encourage teachers to learn how to integrate web 2.0 tools into their classes and hopefully start their own Moodle courses.

I would appreciate any suggestions on how to promote free e-learning worldwide.
