This page doesn't seem to actually cover what it says it does. Shouldn't it cover the following?

  1. Plugging computer into the phone line
  2. Contacting your ISP & getting hooked up (possibly including difference between broadband & dial-up, and what to look for in a provider)
  3. Accessing internet-based services
